EU Legal Guarantee

All physical products sold by ColoWrite to consumers in the EU are covered by a legal guarantee of at least two years. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us at office@colowrite.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll repair, replace, or refund it as the law provides.
